Nukubi Aroma Therapy has an online booking system for consultations via Zoom. Where the day and time are shown in blue, this indicates available appointments.

Pick your preferred time slot and once accepted, you should receive an email stating your meeting and your unique Zoom link.

Once scheduled successfully, please go straight to the Conscious Apothecary where you can pay for your consultation. Your payment includes:

• A 40 mins online consultation to create your unique formulation (supporting up to 3 areas), and a blend.
• Additional blends (supplementary cost) can be purchased after the consultation as may be required.

For repeat orders, formulas can be adjusted at no additional cost.

Consultation Policy
Life can bring on the unexpected and sometimes things are beyond our control. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, can I request that you do so within 48 hours’ notice. As this time has been reserved for you, any late cancellations will be charged at the full price for the session.

If you’re running late for an appointment, unfortunately, we will only be able to use the available time left as there will typically be another appointment straight afterward.
